THE MISSION OF BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF CRAWFORD COUNTY
...is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their
full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
The Boys & Girls Club of Crawford County began operations in 2025 and is an affiliate of Boys & Girls Clubs of Evansville. The Club currently provides year-round youth development programs and services for children in Kindergarten through fifth grade in Robinson, IL and the surrounding counties. We hope to expand our offerings in the future to serve students from Kindergarten through twelfth grade, continuing our commitment to supporting youth at every stage of their journey.
With a focus on the overall well-being of youth Boys & Girls Club of Crawford County is guided by our core mission. Through partnerships with local schools, businesses, and organizations, we provide a wide range of after-school and summer programs including
- Academic enrichment and homework support
- Mentorship and leadership development
- Health and wellness education
- Sports and healthy habits
We provide a strong support network that guides youth through their most important
years of growth and development.

We seek to provide an outcome-driven Club experience while helping children and youth in Kindergarten through 5th grade academic success, good character & citizenship and healthy lifestyles.

- Promote social and interpersonal skills through fun activities fostering connections between peers as well as staff
- Educate members and their families on the importance of life-long healthy behaviors, empowering youth to avoid tobacco, alcohol and drugs
Good Character & Citizenship Programs:
- Promotes the development of a positive self-image and strong character
- Teaches positive and effective strategies for responding to conflict
- Encourages the development of meaningful relationships with others
- Empowers youth to support and influence their Club and community
- Teaches respect for their own culture and the cultures of others
